"My Experience with BMW Leeds Service"
I just got my 2021 1 series serviced at BMW Leeds, where I originally purchased it brand new. It’s only done 13,000 miles, and they claimed the brake pads were at the bare minimum of 3mm. Naturally, I was a bit doubtful, so I had several certified mechanics take a look, and they found the pads to be 6mm. BMW wanted to hit me with a £500 bill for new pads that didn’t even need replacing. I feel totally deceived and let down by their service—what else might they have misled me about? I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. This isn’t what I expected from BMW.

"Awful service from Stratstone in Derby"
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at Stratstone in Derby. I was told I’d get a call back today, Thursday 16/02/2023, from someone named Jasmine, but I haven’t heard a peep from her. My mobility car has been stuck at Stratstone Derby for over 10 days now.

The lack of compassion for motability clients is just shocking. I rely on my car to live my life normally, like going out shopping and visiting friends. They assured me they’d keep me updated on the situation, but that never happened.

In the meantime, Motability operations have been great and provided me with a hire car, and I really appreciate their help. But honestly, Stratstone's customer service is just unacceptable and not suitable for motability clients.

Come on, Jasmine, I need that callback you promised and some info on what’s causing the delay.
